What would you change about labor policies in your city?

In a city as hard hit as Cúcuta, department of Norte de Santander the policies that would change is equal in salary, because in the city there are very well prepared staff, but unfortunately the companies do not offer good salary most of the companies that generate good positions managers pay a single minimum wage among others compared at the national level. The level of study generates a great social impact because it makes your company grow and promotes it at a regional and national level.

In Colombia there is a lot of demand and little supply, there are many professionals who study a career, but end up working in something totally different where the investment in money and time is longer and opportunities are increasingly scarce because the demands of companies are high regarding the issue of competitiveness of the different areas in which it will be carried out.   The City of Cucuta is located in Norte De Santander, Colombia and on the border with Venezuela, the department hosts an important border port, but the border is currently closed and the export business to that country has been canceled. This region has a special historical importance for the continent, since in one of the neighboring border municipalities the Gran Colombia was created. Likewise, as an economic importance we have the industry related to clay, construction, brick cement and this region is rich in natural resources such as coal, oil and agriculture. It has strength in the Tourism Infrastructure sectors with great potential in ecological, thematic hotels and hotels with limited selective services.
